Printlits operates in New Zealand and is subject to the Privacy Act 2020.

This policy applies to both our New Zealand storefront, www.printlits.co.nz, and our Australian storefront, www.printlits.com. Australian orders are handled by the same New Zealand business.

Information needed to process payments, fulfil orders, arrange delivery and support customers may also be handled by Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers and other service providers in Australia or other countries where they operate. Where Australian privacy law applies to our activities, we will comply with those obligations, including applicable requirements for overseas disclosures.

Website Analytics and Session Recordings

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website, including through interaction data and session recordings such as clicks, scrolling and navigation. We also use Meta advertising tools to measure advertising and provide relevant marketing, and Judge.me to manage customer reviews. These providers may process information outside New Zealand or Australia under their own privacy policies. Where consent is required, these tools are subject to the applicable consent controls.
